1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering, completing payment, and enrolling in the seminar The Polarity of the Dominant Frequency – Understand How Your Mind Determines Your Outcomes (hereinafter, "the Seminar"), the participant declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If the participant does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from enrolling or participating.
2. SEMINAR DESCRIPTION
The Seminar is a personal development and educational program that addresses concepts related to mindset, perception, behavioral patterns, and internal processes that influence an individual's personal, professional, and financial outcomes. Its content is educational, reflective, and conceptual in nature, and does not constitute financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice of any kind.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the Seminar, the participant declares that:
They are of legal age according to the laws of their country of residence.
They are participating voluntarily and of their own initiative.
They understand that the content is exclusively for educational and personal development purposes.
They are not undergoing medical or psychological treatment that could be affected by personal development content, or if they are, they have previously consulted with their healthcare professional.
4. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
4.1 Enrollment in the Seminar is confirmed once the registration process has been completed and full payment has been received.
4.2 Seminar prices will be those published on the official website at the time of enrollment and include only the materials and access expressly indicated in the description of each format.
4.3 The participant is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. The organizer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the participant.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
5.1 Cancellation by the participant:
Cancellations made more than [7] days before the Seminar date: [100]% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made between [4] and [2] days before the Seminar: [30]% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than [1] day before the Seminar or no-shows without prior notice: no refund.
5.2 The participant may transfer their enrollment to another person, provided they notify the organizer at least [2] days in advance and the participation requirements are met.
5.3 Cancellation by the organizer: In the event that the Seminar must be cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure or other justified reasons, the participant will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future date, at their discretion.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All Seminar content — including, but not limited to, presentations, support materials, methodologies, concepts, activities, recordings, and digital resources — is the exclusive property of the author and facilitator, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 The participant is not authorized to reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from the Seminar content, in any format or medium, without the prior written consent of the author.
6.3 Recording — in audio, video, or any other format — of Seminar sessions without the express authorization of the organizer is strictly prohibited.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The participant agrees to respect the privacy of all other attendees. Any personal information, experiences, or testimonials shared by other participants during the Seminar must be treated with absolute confidentiality and may not be disclosed outside the Seminar space without the express consent of the person involved.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 The Seminar is exclusively for educational and personal development purposes. The concepts, analogies, and methodologies presented — including references to polarities, frequencies, neuroscience, and mental processes — are pedagogical and metaphorical in nature and do not constitute literal scientific claims.
8.2 The organizer and facilitator do not guarantee specific results of any kind — financial, personal, professional, or otherwise — derived from participation in the Seminar. Results depend on multiple individual factors and the actions each participant chooses to take.
8.3 The organizer assumes no responsibility for decisions, actions, or omissions made by the participant as a result of their participation in the Seminar, nor for any emotional or personal situations that may arise during the process.
8.4 In no event shall the organizer's liability to the participant exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for enrollment in the Seminar.
9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
9.1 The participant agrees to maintain respectful conduct toward the facilitator and all other participants throughout the Seminar.
9.2 The organizer reserves the right to remove from the Seminar, without refund, any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to these terms.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
10.1 Personal data provided during the enrollment process will be used exclusively for the administrative management of the Seminar, communication with the participant, and the sending of information related to the event and the organizer's future activities.
10.2 The participant may at any time request access to, rectification, deletion, or objection to the use of their personal data by sending their request to [contact email address].
10.3 The organizer agrees not to share or sell participants' personal data to third parties without their prior consent.
11. MODIFICATIONS
